Our Machinery
Here at Cornwall Erecting Services we have a wide range of machinery including our new addition Plasma Machine – these include the following;
Guillotine and Press Brake
These fantastic machines allow us to cut and fold sheet metal up to a thickness of 10mm. We can also offer cutting and folding of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium sheet metal. As well as this, they also allow us to produce treads for the use in fabrications such as fire escapes and staircases.
Milling Machines
This brilliant machine allows us to machine not just flat surfaces, but also irregular surfaces! And can be used for the drilling of bore holes.
Tube Bender
Our trusty bender does exactly what it says on the tin! It allows us to roll and bend up to a 48 diameter tube.
Plasma Machine
This amazing machine is our newest edition to our machine fleet! It allows us to provide an in-house profiling service…exciting stuff! We can provide plates up to 25mm thick, in any shape imaginable!
